Q1 Have you plan to release a Mac version of MaxPEG ?
A1 We do not have such plan in this development stage.
   
Q2 What is the format of 3D datas (X3D or VRML) in your MPEG 4 solution ?
A2 VRML (with MPEG-4 extended nodes) and MPEG-4 BIFS.
   
Q3 Is it possible to programm interactions in your MPEG 4 authoring tools ?
A3 Yes, using Java Script.
   
Q4 Are 3D datas compressed and streamed over the internet ?
A4 3D datas can be compressed or not into MPEG-4 format. Currently, we do not support 3D data streaming.
   
Q5 What are the Fees/Licence of your MPEG4 product ?
A5 It depends on the purpose you want to use for.
   
Q6 Do you plan to create an ActiveX (embedded in IE) to read MPEG 4 contents ?
A6 We do have ActiveX player to read the MPEG-4 contents.
   
Q7 Until now, MPEG 4 is most of the cases only video ; do you think that 3D will be massively adopt ?
A7 It's a very big question. :)
I think we can just say that we believe MPEG-4 has a good chance to be the standard of "rich multimedia".
Of course, 3D is part of it.
